General Information
  • Instructor: Anne Bower has practiced Tai Chi for close to 20 years and has been leading Tai Chi classes for 5 years. she is certified by Dr. Paul Lam and teaches a variety of forms.
  • Step-by-step teaching methods, helping each student work within his or her own comfort level. Sun style incorporates deep breathing and qi gong principles, along with an upright stance and a satisfying variety of movements. Each class begins with special stretching; hand-outs are provided.
  • Minimum 6 people for class (refund will be issued if canceled)
  • 9 Sessions
