Boot Camp is a high intensity, 1 hour class that will get your heart rate up, the sweat pouring and your muscles burning! This FUN and challenging full body, high rep, never boring, circuit style workout will keep you guessing and keep you moving! Using a constantly changing series of body weight and light dumbbell moves as well as a unique collection of fitness tools (battling ropes, mini hammers, medicine balls, agility ladders , the Bosu Ball, resistance bands and more), we will kick our bodies into cardio and calorie/fat burning overdrive! The class is designed to accommodate every level and there are always modifications for every station. You will set your own goals and go at your own pace, but no matter what, you will come away knowing you accomplished something incredible.

About the Instructor, Emily
*Emily holds a level 1 & 2 MMA Fitness Trainer Certification and has been a Grudge Monkey Boot Camp and MMA Fighting Fit student for over 2 years. Emily is also an avid trail runner, does Bikram Yoga, and is an elementary school teacher. Her goal is to help others embrace a healthy lifestyle and move toward their personal fitness goals from increasing muscle tone to improving athletic performance through full body conditioning.
