Adult Swim 101

37% of adults cannot swim the length of a pool. Let's change that together for the safety of our community members. This program is recommended for new or reluctant swimmers 18 years and older who cannot submerge or float independently. This is for very beginners who ae ready to take control of their learn-to-swim journey!

A gentle, adult specific learn-to-swim class for the motivated student. We will focus on breath control,  floats and glides in preparation for learning basic self-rescue techniques, and general water comfort.

This class is non-refundable. One make up class will be offered August 8th if a class was cancelled due to weather or Instructor illness.
